What personal data does Netavent A/S receive?
• Netavent A/S registers data about you as a necessary part of a contractual relationship with you, for example when selling to us or when purchasing goods and services from us.
• From customers and business partners we request ordinary contact details as well as any payment information, and in connection with purchases and sales we receive information about purchase/sales history.
• If you do not want Netavent A/S to process your personal data, it may prevent the purchase of goods or services from us.
What are the personal data used for?
• Netavent A/S uses your data to fulfill our agreement with you.
• Netavent A/S only processes information about you in order to meet our obligations to you as a contractual party.
Who does Netavent A/S disclose personal data to?
• The personal data you provide to Netavent A/S as part of a contract are used to fulfill the agreement with you, and will not be disclosed unless it is part of the agreement with you.
• Our data is stored and protected in a cloud solution based in Denmark, with a data processing agreement in place.
• Apart from this, your personal data is not disclosed, and your personal data is not sold to third parties.
How are your data protected?
• Netavent A/S is committed to ensuring the protection of your data.
• Netavent A/S takes security measures against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or deterioration of data, as well as against unauthorized access, misuse, or processing contrary to law. This also includes correcting your data if we discover errors, and deleting your data when we are no longer obliged to store them and when they are no longer relevant – typically five years after cooperation has ended or after last contact in connection with a purchase of goods or services.
Your rights
• You always have the right to know what information we have registered about you and to receive a copy of your data, as well as data portability where relevant.
• In addition, under data protection legislation you may require incorrect data to be corrected, object to processing, or have your data restricted – or deleted if we are not obliged to process them.
