Våghuset's architecture represents the heart of Gothenburg, blending harmoniously between the water and the urban environment with its undulating glass facade. The building embodies life and movement, creating an inviting atmosphere for its tenants. Moreover, Våghuset has achieved BREEAM certification, which emphasizes the attention given to energy efficiency and the creation of healthy workspaces.

We successfully supplied more than 1500 active chilled beams, including the popular OptimAir and FreeAir. The chilled beams are equipped with our latest, multicontroller ControlAir QTRL, resulting in efficient energy control, flexibility and simplified on-site commissioning.
The ControlAir sytem offers the convenience of dividing rooms and floors to suit various tenants' needs, eliminating the necessity for rewiring or relocating components. With its capabilities, ControlAir enables swift and effortless adjustments to the configuration, granting high flexibility and adaptability.
