• Air deflector damper for rectangular products

• Primarily recommended for supply air grilles

• Secured with sheet metal screws or cast/built in.

• Can be used for both lengthwise and end installation

• Standard accessory for rectangular products, e.g. grilles and air diffusers.

• The mounting frame is primarily designed for rectangular air grilles for supply, extract or transfer air.

• The dimensions of the frame correspond to the nominal grille dimensions (W × H, mm).

Options and accessories

• Nominal dimensions W x H corresponds to the dimensions of the grille.

• Frames ordered with products are delivered assembled.

• Separately ordered frames may be delivered in four separate parts that need to be assembled.

Product sizes ( mm)

• The frame parts are supplied in the following lengths: 100/150/200/300/400/500/600.

• The frame parts are combined to the required dimension (WxH).

• Example: 2 frame parts (L = 400 mm) + 2 frame parts (L = 150 mm) correspond to 1 pc. RAM 400x150 mm.

Materials

• Hot-dip galvanised steel sheet.

Mounting

• In most cases, the frame is delivered assembled. In some cases, the frame may be delivered in separate parts that must be assembled.

• Care must be taken to avoid damaging or bending the frame parts during assembly.

• It is advisable to use a plastic hammer or other tool with a soft contact surface when joining the parts.

• The frame is installed with sheet metal screw or alternatively cast or bricked in.

• The grille or diffuser is clicked into place in the frame.

• Always check the documentation for the product with which the accessory is to be used.
