Description
• PLI is a recessed slot diffuser for supply air in CAV and VAV solutions.
• The unit is designed for flush mounting in false ceilings (595x595 mm).
• PLI is suitable for offices, schools, hospitals and similar buildings.
• The product's discreet design in combination with high functionality, provides an optimal solution that meets most technical and architectural requirements.
• PLI is supplied as standard for 4-way distribution.
• The diffuser maintains a uniform appearance and proportions regardless of size.
• The diffuser is normally installed with a cleanable commissioning box type TK which contains measuring hoses and a commissioning damper.

Accessories
• MN: Muff/nipple, for installation with a commissioning box. The accessory adds 40 mm to the built-in height.
• NPSE: Deflector plates for 3-way spread pattern.
• TK: Cleanable plenum box fitted with a commissioning damper, measuring rod and hoses.
Compatibility - modular ceiling systems
• The diffuser is adapted to fot most conventional modular ceiling systems, e-g standard T-frameworks T14/24.
• The product can also be customized. to:
– Countersunk visible profiles, e.g.: Ecophon Focus E / Gedina E / Master E.
– Flush profiles, e.g.: Ecophon Focus DS / Master DS – Rockfon System T24 X
• Diffuser body, frame, and front plate made of powder-coated steel sheet in standard white color.
• Commissioning box / plenum of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, internally insulated with washable surface-coated sound absorber, consisting of 100% recycled, non-allergenic, hydrophobic material made of PET plastic. The insulation is free of formaldehydes and only carbon dioxide and water are formed when burned.
• The diffuser is designed for installation in conventional modular ceiling systems of the lay-in type (standard T-profiles T14/24).
• The front plate is mounted using spacers which ensure that it always remains horizontal.
• The construction of the unit enables simple disassembly of the front plate, and the plenum damper without the need for maintenance tools, eg in connection with cleaning of the duct system.
• The distance between the diffuser and the plenum box can be extended with a circular piece of duct. If the extension exceeds 500 mm, extension of the measuring hoses and the damper cords are also required.
• When mounting in suspended ceilings, the accessory MN can be used to extend the stanchion by 40 mm.
• The commissioning box can be installed directly after a duct bend. When mounting after a T-piece junction, a straight stretch of duct corresponding to ≥4 x the duct diameter is required in order to achieve sufficient measurement accuracy.
