Description
• FacadeAir is an induction unit for supply air, cooling and heating, intended for facade installation.
• Supply air and induced room air are distributed in the room via a supply air grille installed in a window sill facing upward towards the ceiling of the room.
• FacadeAir provides a draught-free indoor climate with a driving pressure of 100-150 Pa.
• Suitable for optimizing ventilation and energy consumption in older properties.
Configuration options
• Supplied in three duct dimensions: Ø125/160/200
• Water connection side: left / right
• Multiple units can be serially connected for higher efficiency requirements.

• Cladding options are offered through partners, which offwea a wide choice in color and material selection.
• Supply air grilles in two designs: AC and E5.
• Mounting frame for easier installation and maintenance of supply air grilles: RAM.
• Integrated control for stand-alone operation or connectivity to parent BMS.
• Complete selection of connection accessories:
– Setpoint changer.
– Connection hoses (set of 4).
– Control valves for water supply.
– Valve actuators.
• Device housing and duct connection made of hot-dip galvanized sheet steel with EPDM rubber gasket.
• Coil made of copper tubes with aluminum slats.

• Supply air grille E5 made of aluminum in powder-coated in white RAL standard color.
• Supply air grille AC made of anodized aluminum, in either natural aluminum finish or powder-coated in white RAL standard color.
• Mounting frame RAM for supply air grilles made of hot-dip galvanized sheet steel.

• FacadeAir is Installed against an exterior wall/facade.
• The unit is usually mounted under windows behind a cladding.
• The duct connections are in nipple dimension for connection to a circular duct.
• Heating and cooling water pipes are installed by a plumbing contractor.
• The water connection of the unit is optional and specified at orderplacement (left or right). The specification refers to the device viewed from the room in the final wall-mounted position.
• The cladding accommodates all required installations in the room,
supply air, heating and cooling, control, wiring of electricity and communication.
