Description

• SPJ is a louvre damper for installation in rectangular ducts. The product comes with a mounting shelf that fits most conventional actuators.

• The damper can be ordered with a mechanical handle for manual operation or alternatively fitted with an actuator. Please see Options and aceessories or download the product sheet for current actuator options.

• The product can be used for commissioning purposes, or as regulating or shut-off damper.

Options and accessories

Material options and finishes:
• Galvanized sheet steel (standard)
• Powder coated finish.
• Housing in stainless corrosion resistant steel, corrosivity class C5 (EN 1.4404).
• Housing in Magnelis®.

Sizes:
Products in rectangular version are supplied in specific steps within a standard span of W x H dimensions. starting from from 200 x 200 mm (min) to 2000 x 2000 mm (max). See product sheet for the specific combinations.

Alternative dimensions can be offered on special order.

• Damper actuators are available in several options, see product sheet for specific alternatives.

• Mechanical handle for manual operation.

Materials

• Products in standard version come with damper housing and blades of galvanized sheet steel.

• The product meets corrosivity class C3 and pressure class A with housing in density class C.

• The product is fitted with opposing damper blades in tightness class 3 unless otherwise specified. Blade gaskets are of silicone rubber and damper shafts of galvanized steel.

• Rectangular products are equipped with joint flange profiles for D-type (Drive) or rectangular joint slide profiles/rail. Rails and sealing are not included.

Mounting

• Rektangulär produkt utgår ifrån beställt BxH mått och ska beaktas vid montage.

• Rektangulär produkt levereras som standard för gejdmontage men kan vara levererad för flänsmontage (anges vid beställning).

• Produkten kan vara levererad i manuellt utförande med mekaniskt handtag men finns även i motoriserat utförande med ett flertal ställdons-/motortyper som alternativ (anges vid beställning).

• Motoriserad produkt är inte avsedd att användas i kall eller aggressiv miljö.

• Motoriserad produkt får endast installeras av behörig personal. Alla regler eller föreskrifter som utfärdats av myndighet i det land produkten ska nyttjas måste efterföljas vid installation.

• All inkoppling måste utföras med strömförsörjningen frånkopplad.

• Vid installation av motoriserad produkt bör utrymme beaktas för åtkomst av enhetens ställdon och/eller läsbarhet för enheter försedda med display.

• Se DU-dokumentation (drift- och underhåll) för fullständiga montageinstruktioner.

• Se separat leverantörrsspecifik dokumentation för inkopping av motor/ställdon beroende på typ och fabrikat.
